Location: Derelik - Assah.
My question is prolly noob, but i wonder why there is 3 regions (UUA-F4, A821-A and J7HZ-F) and some lonely systems (Polaris, JB-OO7, RU-97T) unreachable, and totally cut from the rest of the universe ... Is there something particular there ? Are they still in development ?

Jove space I believe, devs playground but the IC story goes after the amarr attack on the Jovian, the Jovians blew up all known stargates to their systems.

jove space is some of it, but polaris is GM HQ space.

Its also used as a place for testing bugs etc on the live server. and also where they run things like the tournaments.
