Jump systems online...

Stabilizers coming online...
Uncloaking 3...2...1

"Identify yourself, you are encroaching upon Ushra'Khan space." A stoic voice void of emotion echoes through the com-link, almost animal in nature.

"This is Martri Daesal, new recruit to the Ushra'Khan, the Neh'bu Kau Beh'Hude. Requesting guidance into UNITY space." Responding in a strained voice, his eyes peering to a few ships upon the display lingering imposingly as if cobra's ready to strike at a moment's notice.

"Yes, Welcome brother. We have been expecting you; We shall scout ahead for you and your badger mark II. The CVA have been active of late, though their twisted slaver minds believe they have quelled us. They are far wrong." With the end of the sentence, the three sleek black ships fall out of sight and off the readout into jump-space. A moment later a message recieved, "Gate clear."

Arriving from the other side of the gate a small battle raged, a scout contingent of Amaar loyalists caught off-guard and the Ushra'Khan escort easily destroyed them.

"Welcome to Unity Space brother. The Station has cleared you for docking." The same stoic voice that first challenged him seemed to have a warmer sound to it, as if truly he was family.

And in the distance was a magnificent sight, freedom personified; Unity Station standing against the stark unforgiving abyss of the lifeless vacuum of space.

"Shall I initiate docking procedures?" An almost startling female voice chimes in suddenly. Neron receptors react to the female voice.

"Negative, keep slowly the course Liana. One Hundred M/S" Martri studies the rapidly changing readouts of the currently situation within the system.

"Concurring, course set." Responds the internal system in a light female voice. And slowly the unarmed industrial ship glided towards the station, before initializing docking procedures.

Finally; he was truly home.

(Please excuse me for my poor english, i'm doing my best. There must be a lot of mistakes ;))

Seliah was watching through the only window of her little residence module in Unity. Leaning over the docking space just in front of the station, she was perfectly placed to admire slavers' ships being destroyed by Ushra'Khan pilots. Even if she was often helping to the defense of the station instead of just watching it ...

She had been fighting in 9UY for hours and was now taking some rest, as the last CVA ships were being pulled out from the system. Hopefully she would be able to sleep more than three hours without being awaken by an enemy assault ... And then, as she was contemplating the scene, she saw an industrial ship - probably a Badger Mark - approaching the docking bay. The ship wasn't wearing any U'K tribal sign.

"It must be another Caldari trader soliciting our protection ..." whispered Seliah. "Let's have a look at it, these guys are always hauling nice stuff from Empire ..."

Seliah turned away from the window, grabbed some clothes on her bed and dressed her quickly and then went out of her room. Unconsciously locking the door, she headed to the undocking bay. As always, a lot of pilots were standing there, most of them just talking about their latest fights or the new autocannons they'd just bought for their ship. She just went amongst the group of pilots discussing together -she hadn't a lot of friends, as she was quite reserved, even shy. In a few movements, she climbed on a large container standing there, sat on the top of the container, lit a cigarette and started to observe the Badger Mark which was just entering the bay.

Then, surprisingly, Karn and a few other Neh'bu Kau Beh'Hude tribe eminent members went close to the industrial's landing footbridge, to receive the Caldari pilot and welcomed him as a brother. Seliah smiled.

"No expensive stuff from Empire for today ..."

She extinguished her cigarette on the container.

"But maybe another brother willing to fight along us ... That's far better than an entire pack of 180mm autocannons ..."

She watched one last time at the Caldari pilot before jumping down on the ground and heading back to her residence module. One more "stranger" joining the fight against slavery ... One more "stranger" becoming a true brother, not by the blood but by the mind ...

As he takes a look around at the many different faces of the freedom fighters, he tries to pronounce Neh'bu Kau Beh'Hude quietly and to himself. Though a smile comes to his lips as he notices a few of the sisters and brothers standing on one of the many containers smoking a cigarette, reminding himself that perhaps its about that time.

Fishing in his pocket he produces a metallic air sealed cigarette case, perfect for long periods in the pod. Bringing one to his mouth he tilts his head down and sparks one from his lighter. "Good stuff. Most other stations would through me in jail for even thinking about smoking in them. Damn slaving bastards."

His eyes rest on one of the sisters for a moment which seems to have just put her cigarette out, he smirks for a moment before walking down towards the market area consoles; obviously in need of a decent combat ship; the badger is obviously not the best choice in war.

Martri exchanges a few pleasantries to some of the new faces that hail him, obviously a new face, a Caldari one at that. Noting to himself that there are hardly any Caldarians, let alone a Civie like himself. Though he was raised around Minmatarians, and their passionate ways was more his style than the ultra disciplinarian society that his blood calls home.

A rush of air and the roaring sounds of engines flaring up, tugging at his old state uniform. "Must be another fighter wing." He mumbles to himself as he comes to the purchase center for pilots, which the prices are obviously much higher because of demand. "This is gonna hurt.." As he looks at a Manticore on the display, displaying 50million ISK. He chuckles to himself as he looks at his own balance on the screen and does some simple math, obviously enough but still a chunk.

Once back in her habitation module, Seliah lit on of her computers, then logged on NKB network and checked the corporation registers.

"Martri Daesal ... Must be this guy. So he's really a new tribe member."

She opened a new mail and started to write :

"Hi, i'm Seliah, a Behude warrior.

I saw you earlier docking here in Unity. It seems you're joining us in the fight against the slavers. Welcome to you. Feel free to ask me if you need anything . Money, ships, or clues about our systems and how our enemies operate.

I hope we'll meet soon.

Seliah."

Then she sent it to Martri. Seliah wasn't very sociable, and had no communicating aptitudes. Anyway, a single mail was still better than nothing.

Welcome Martri Daesal you have one new message...

Thank you Seliah, I am coming from quite aways away; I heard the call of battle across Empire space and I could not resist it. As I have always held a special place within my being to hate the Amaarian slaver scum, as I have seen how they regard life. They respect nothing but their own zealot belief of purifying ever world they approach; there is pure nor justifying in their actions. They are the barbarians at the gates, they are the ruthless fools threating a people pushed too far; and they shall be punished.

Martri raises an eyebrow at his sudden surge of anger through his fingers, but it has been something that he has been mulling over for some time in his head as he traveled the long way from Empire space. Pouring himself a stiff whiskey, he shoots the first, the initial burn puts a smile to his face. Lighting a cigarette and taking that first drag he finishes the mail to Seliah.

And we shall punish them together, with our fellow brothers and sisters of the cause of freedom. Of course, this will be no easy task a grim task I admit. Though if we have enough conviction and sacrifice just enough... We shall send the Emperor and his corrupted Heirs to whatever god they worship so much.

Martri Daesal

If you care to stop by, we can share a drink and whatnot.
