I've used both Quickfit and EFT, both have their good and bad points.

What do you use and why do you choose it over the other? Is there a third option?

I have found EFT so much easier to use than quickfit. Coupled with EVemon for some detailed info(EFT lacks some info on rigs etc.) it's great.

I barely used Quickfit as it was so buggy and clumsy and added little to a calculator and info screens in eve. It got better but I never went back to it. EFT was great from the first try. I like it.

I tend to agree, EFT is much nicer to use. My only issue with it is there is no option to view only modules that can fit the remaining skills, Power and CPU availability.

Which would be handy for those situations where you've built a load out and have a spare slot, but aren't sure what you can squeeze on.

I use Eve Online and i buy a ship and all the modules needed when i want to try a new fitting :p
